Stacks is currently under ship shape with Jackie as manager. She is fast to answer the phone, always friendly. She makes sure the Chefs are on it to deliver a gluten free healthy meal. Thank you to the Chefs who show up and cook breakfast for me. Give Stacks another try you'll probably be pleasantly surprised as well.

The place was busy and service was a bit slow but the food was amazing. Over it all the place was very clean.

Stakes has always had great service, food and ambiance! You can't go wrong coming here with your family or with friends. Great breakfast diner :)

The best "Chicken and Waffle!" My niece and I met up for brunch last week, and since she was coming from San Jose and I from Marin, we decided to have a meal at Stacks in Burligame. My niece took the train and got off at the train station across Stacks. It was our first time to try Stacks. I ordered "Chicken and Waffle" and my niece had the "Carnitas Crepes." We were both very, very satisfied with our meals! My Chicken and Waffle was truly delicious! Perfect waffle and the tastiest fried chicken! All that being said, I have a confession to make. Today, I drove to Stacks in Burlingame again, to satisfy my craving for their Chicken and Waffle. Quite a drive but definitely worth it! It is highly likely that I will return to Stacks again in the very near future to have their gigantic pancakes! Their pancakes look yummy! By the way, the service I experienced during my two times at Stacks were both pleasant and good! "I'll be back!"

A traditional American breakfast restaurant. The food was good but not the best. I have tasted better American breakfast at other restaurants. The portions were very big though. We ordered only 2 dishes but they actually could feed 4 people. Staff were quick and polite. The restaurant dining area was big and spacious.

I have celiac and was blown away that they had a pretty large gluten free menu. I ordered the gluten free triple berry waffle and it tasted amazing! It was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Service was friendly and quick and the atmosphere is like a traditional diner.
